These Website Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Allevinbk™ online store, operated by BEARER OF THE BLING LLC.

1. SHOPPING WITH ALLEVINBK™

Allevinbk™ offers women's occasionwear, including evening dresses, formal gowns, cocktail styles and other fashion products designed for weddings, celebrations and special events.

By using our Services, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise have the legal capacity necessary to enter into transactions through the website.

If you permit a minor under your supervision to use your device or access the Services, you are responsible for that access to the extent provided by applicable law.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. CUSTOMER INFORMATION & ACCOUNTS

Product pages may include photographs, descriptions, available colors, sizing information, measurements, embellishment details, prices and other information intended to help customers make purchasing decisions.

However, digital displays are not identical across devices.

The appearance of a dress may vary slightly depending on screen brightness, display calibration, photography lighting and other technical factors. Colors viewed on a phone, tablet or monitor therefore may not appear exactly the same as the physical fabric under natural or indoor lighting.

With embellished occasionwear, minor variations in sequin positioning, draping, fabric appearance or other decorative details may also occur where consistent with the nature of the garment.

Such ordinary variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

4. SIZING & FIT

Our size information is intended to help customers select an appropriate size, but fit can vary according to body proportions, preferred fit and the particular silhouette of a garment.

Customers should review the available size information before ordering.

Descriptions such as “fitted,” “A-line,” “column,” “flowing” or similar terms describe the intended general silhouette and do not guarantee an identical fit on every individual.

Where a garment is being purchased for a wedding, gala, prom or another date-specific event, we recommend allowing sufficient time for delivery, fitting and any personal alterations you may independently choose to arrange.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, alterations performed after delivery are the customer's responsibility.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Availability shown through our online store can change.

Adding a dress to a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory. A product, size or color may become unavailable before checkout is successfully completed.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to:

• Change available styles, colors or sizes

• Limit quantities available for purchase

• Discontinue merchandise

• Correct inaccurate inventory information

• Refuse quantities that reasonably appear inconsistent with ordinary personal purchasing

Customers purchasing dresses for date-specific events are encouraged to order with adequate time for processing, transit and fitting.

11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers ordering from outside the United States may be subject to import requirements in their destination country.

Where an international shipment is sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid or comparable basis, applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs fees may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

Customs authorities operate independently from Allevinbk™, and we cannot control inspection or clearance times.

Customers are responsible for reviewing import restrictions applicable to their destination where necessary.

12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds policy.

Our standard return period is generally 30 days from delivery for eligible merchandise, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Because Allevinbk™ specializes in occasionwear, returned garments should remain in eligible condition. Items showing signs of event wear, alterations, washing, stains, odors, removed tags or other material changes may not qualify for ordinary returns.

Customers should obtain return instructions before sending merchandise back.

13. OWNERSHIP OF OUR BRAND & CONTENT

The Allevinbk™ website contains materials belonging to us, our licensors or other authorized rights holders.
